All information that Users may have provided to SNL is strictly confidential. This information is necessary for the purpose of its processing, i.e. the supply of Products and Services, the management of commercial relations with Users, the processing of orders, the personalisation of communication with Customer Users according to their preferences and, potentially, the sending of postal and electronic mail for prospecting purposes.

The relevance of the information collected

SNL collects and processes personal data in a fair and lawful manner. The data collected by SNL is adequate, relevant and not excessive in relation to the purposes for which it is collected.

Retention of personal data

Information and rights of users

Prior to the implementation of its processing, and at the latest when the User registers on our site by accepting our General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use, SNL informs the persons concerned of the purpose of the processing of their personal data, of the recipients of this processing as well as of their rights.

SNL implements the necessary means to ensure that Users have access to, rectify and delete their personal data when they so request. Data may be rectified, completed, updated, locked or deleted if it is inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous, outdated or if its collection, use, communication or storage is prohibited.
